“My over all goal was to harness the spirit of fun and whimsy and a kind of madcap adventure, and have that spirit infuse my novel.” Giggle and laugh along with Writers Voices as we talk with Rajani LaRossi about her new novel for children – Midsummer’s Mayhem. “She ( the main character) thinks of everything in terms of food… all the descriptions and all the metaphors she uses are all food related.”
I think this is true of most people, things that we are good at we tend to discount, and the things that everyone else is good at we tend to raise up to great heights.
If possible in life, do what you love and love what you do.
