Listen to this Writers’ Voices for a thought-provoking conversation Michael Cuddehe. He is the author of “Chronicle of Catastrophe: A Contemporaneous History of the Bush Years”. The book presents Michael’s real-time reflections of the markets, political issues, economy and global developments during the George W. Bush administration in order to put America’s current economic troubles in context.

For over 30-years, Michael has been a veteran analyst, trader and fund manager who has been through many fluctuations in the global financial markets over the years. With the election of George W. Bush, Michael noticed an economic shift happening that he felt would lead to disaster.

Michael Cuddehe has been active in third-party politics as a three-time candidate for U.S. Congress, and as a Platform Committee and Executive Committee member with the Natural Law Party. He is publisher of the quarterly economic and political newsletter, “Risk & Opportunity”.
