“Religion is always involved in what is going on, it isn’t separate.” Newsweek’s religion editor emeritus, Ken Woodward speaks about his favorite topic as it relates our culture and his life in his book – Getting Religion. “I used autobiography to illustrate, in a most vivid fashion, what it was like growing up in the 40’s and 50’s, ….The culture as a whole supported religious behaviors, beliefs and belonging… I compare it to growing up today.

There are different sensibilities ( in the different religions) ans if we don’t understand the sensibilities, we don’t understand each other.

When you talk you are only repeating what you already know. When you listen you may actually learn something new.
